Our training philosophy
Changing negative worklace behaviours takes time and patience.  It is, we believe, a fallacy to say that we can force people to change their behaviours.  Forcing change through will drive the undesirable behaviours underground and intensify the negative aspects.   People need to believe that they have a choice.  This choice is based upon what they see others doing or desiring.  Modelling positive behaviour will always be more effective than using force.  This is the principle of behind all the work we do.
 

 
Identifying, scoping and managing workplace bullying
We offer comprehensive methodologies for the assessing the impact of bullying in your workplace, both on the individuals and the organisation. This would be followed by the development of effective anti-bullying policies.

Training and Awareness
We offer a range of courses suitable for all levels within the organisation which raise the awareness of the impact of bullying both on costs and individuals. We also have a flagship training course for developing "anti-bullying champions" in the workplace. Our training courses operate on a continuous assessment basis; we do not just deliver the course and leave you to it. We will be with you every step of the way ensuring that the training is implemented back in the workplace.
 
Employee Counselling Services
Stressed employees (at all levels) need someone to whom they can talk and share their distress and fears. They may, however, feel uncomfortable talking to personnel staff, or senior management, as this could be perceived as a weakness, or they may have lost any trust in the organisation. There is, therefore, a need for specialist workplace counselling and coaching to help individuals cope better with conflict or managing change. RP3 also offers a full & confidential counselling programme to assist your employees at all levels. In line with our views, coaching is available for the bully, the target and the manager, as all three may require personal development to ensure that they have the skills to deal with these issues in the future.

Where conflict does exist, we can assist in resolving difficulties between parties amicably avoiding recourse to litigation or employment tribunals
